Isabel is a limited licensed psychologist who completed her bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Oakland University and her master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Michigan School of Psychology. She strives to provide a safe, supportive and non-judgmental environment and believes in creating a strong therapeutic bond to build a foundation for healing and growth.
Isabel uses a person-centered approach and utilizes a variety of treatment modalities to form a treatment plan as unique as each client and their individual needs. She is experienced with cognitive behavioral therapy, emotion-focused therapy, mindfulness and other theoretically based treatments.
