Payment Policies
If we are out-of-network with your insurance, you are welcome to pay out-of-pocket. We can provide a superbill - a statement that lists all the important information required by insurance companies - for you to submit on your own for possible reimbursement, though this is not guaranteed.
- All non-Medicaid clients must have a credit card on file by completing the Payment Authorization Form in their client portal.
- If your insurance becomes inactive or fails to pay due to missing information (like coordination of benefits), or if you switch to a plan we are not in-network with and do not notify us, you will be responsible for the full session fees. This includes Medicaid clients.
- We do not offer payment plans for routine psychotherapy or group therapy services. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please let your therapist know.
- Payment plans for psychological testing may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but please note: Testing reports will not be released until the balance is paid in full.
- We accept all major credit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
- Appointments must be canceled with at least 24 hours' notice.
- No-shows or late cancellations may have up to a $125 charge. We understand that emergencies happen and exceptions may be made. Please discuss any special circumstances with your therapist.
