More About Me

I’m Audrey — a cat-loving licensed clinical social worker with over 10 years of experience helping individuals of all ages navigate life’s challenges and build resilience. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you can safely explore your experiences, process the past, and develop new tools to manage the present and move toward a more positive future.

In therapy, I draw from a combination of empathy, compassionate listening, and trauma-focused strategies to help you feel safe and comfortable throughout the process. I believe that healing happens when you feel truly heard and supported, and I strive to create that environment in every session.

I work with children, adults, and older adults (65+), and tailor my approach to meet your unique needs and goals. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, and also integrate elements of Psychodynamic Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), multicultural perspectives, LGBTQ-affirming techniques, and other trauma-informed approaches. Additionally, I have experience providing Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) for children with Autism and Asperger’s. While I don’t specifically provide ABA therapy at Silver Linings Counseling, I do draw on my experience.

Therapy is not about fixing you—it’s about helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for living a more fulfilling life. I would be honored to walk alongside you on that journey.
