Hi! I’m Eddie and I’m glad you’re here. My goal is to walk alongside you during these moments, helping you navigate challenges, gain clarity, and reconnect with your best self.
I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Together, we’ll work toward building healthy coping skills, deepening self-understanding, and moving forward with confidence and purpose.
I am currently pursuing my PhD in Counseling at Oakland University, where I also earned my Master of Arts in Counseling. I have experience working with individuals ages 12 and older who are facing anxiety, depression, OCD, PTSD, grief, life transitions, and relationship challenges. I also specialize in supporting couples, families, and members of the LGBTQ+ community. I approach therapy from a humanistic perspective, meaning that I believe each person has the inner strength and capacity to grow, heal, and thrive. My work is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for your unique journey. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and EMDR techniques to help you challenge unhelpful thoughts, manage emotions, and develop effective coping strategies. 9
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, healing from loss, or striving to improve your relationships, my goal is to help you feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.
