Kera Sanford, LMSW

I strive to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can feel comfortable being yourself—no pressure, no judgment.

More About Me

Hi, I’m Kera! I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker and a proud graduate of Spring Arbor University. I also hold special certifications in Child Welfare and Gender Identity considerations—both of which are areas I’m deeply passionate about.

In my work, I believe that being perfect is never the goal. The goal is simply to become a little better version of yourself than you were yesterday—whatever that looks like for you. Growth is a personal journey, and as your therapist, I’m here to remind you that you’re fully capable of walking that path (even when it doesn’t feel that way). Sometimes that means finding healthier ways to manage stress, and sometimes it means exploring the thoughts and beliefs that shape your choices and experiences.

I strive to create a supportive, down-to-earth space where you can feel comfortable being yourself—no pressure, no judgment. Therapy with me is about real conversations, useful insights, and helping you build a life that feels a little more manageable, authentic, and joyful.

If you’re ready to start working toward whatever “better” means for you, I’d love to help. If you’re not sure where to start—that’s okay too. We’ll figure it out together.
