As a limited licensed psychologist, my goal is to provide a therapeutic experience where you feel truly at ease, paving the way for meaningful healing and progress. I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Central Michigan University and a master’s in clinical psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy, foundations that have equipped me with a diverse toolkit.
I’m experienced in various therapeutic approaches, but my commitment is always to select the method that best aligns with your individual needs. This often includes strategies from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), all aimed at empowering you on your path to recovery. I work with individuals, couples, and families, and have extensive experience supporting both adults and adolescents through a wide range of challenges.
Outside of my practice, I find joy and balance outdoors in God’s Creation, especially when hiking with my family, and walking my dogs. I also love to unwind by cooking and delving deeper into the world of nutrition. These personal interests enrich my life and inform my holistic approach to well-being.
