More About Me

Hi, I’m Natasha! I’m a therapist who works primarily with children, teens, and young adults, and I’m passionate about helping young people navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I hold Bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Spanish from Purdue University and earned my Master’s in Clinical Behavioral Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.

In my work, I often support clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, self-harm, and suicidal thoughts. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences at their own pace. My approach is individualized and flexible, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), trauma-informed care, and play-based techniques—especially when working with younger clients. No matter where someone is starting from, I believe in helping them connect to their inner strengths and move toward meaningful change.

Outside the therapy room, you can find me reading, traveling, spending time outdoors, and hanging out with my dog, Peanut, and my cat, Loki—they definitely keep life interesting!
