Supervision provided by Dustin Shepler, PhD, LP, HSP, CST
I strive to make therapy a collaborative, client-centered experience that feels safe, affirming, and non-judgmental.

More About Me

Welcome! I’m Michelle—a limited licensed psychologist with a passion for helping people embrace who they are and navigate life’s challenges in ways that feel authentic and empowering. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Wayne State University.

I believe therapy should never be “one size fits all.” Each person is the expert of their own life, and my role is to create a supportive space where you can explore, process, and grow—at your own pace. I strive to make therapy a collaborative, client-centered experience that feels safe, affirming, and non-judgmental. My style is warm, open-minded, non-directive, and yes—a bit swear-y! You’ll often find humor, music, art, and your own interests woven into our sessions because therapy should feel like a space where you can truly be yourself.

Therapy with me is unique to each individual. I understand that showing up and being vulnerable takes a lot of courage, and I encourage my clients to go at their own pace without pressure. My goal is to meet you exactly where you are and help you get where you want to go.

When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m usually surrounded by music, art, books, or video games. I also love crochet, photography, and (as a true hobby collector) trying out new creative interests. I’m both a proud human parent, as well as a puppy parent to my 1-year-old dog, Muffin. I’m also a big fan of all things cute and spooky.

If you’re looking for a space where you can be fully yourself—messy bits and all—I’d be honored to work with you.
