I’m a Limited Licensed Psychologist/Masters Limited Psychologist, and I earned my master’s degree at the Michigan School of Professional Psychology. My approach to therapy is grounded in a Humanistic-Existential orientation, which means I believe in the importance of authenticity, creativity, human potential, and the healing power of a strong therapeutic relationship.
In my work, I strive to provide an environment of unconditional positive regard, genuineness, and empathic understanding—a space where you can feel safe to explore life’s challenges and move toward personal growth and healing. I take a flexible, integrative approach to therapy, drawing from Existential, Psychodynamic, Supportive, and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapies, depending on what best fits your needs.
I work with adults, and my goal is to help each person move toward greater self-awareness, self-actualization, and lasting positive change. Whether you’re facing a life transition, working through grief, managing chronic pain, or simply looking to deepen your understanding of yourself, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
