In therapy, I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach and strive to create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and accepted—exactly as you are.

More About Me

I am a passionate and dedicated social worker who strives to support individuals and families through life’s unique challenges. I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Western Michigan University, with additional studies in Holistic Health Care and Gender and Women’s Studies—both of which continue to shape the way I approach my work.

I take a holistic and intersectional approach to therapy because I believe that each person is so much more than any single story or struggle. I focus on the whole person—not just symptoms—while helping clients find healing and empowerment in every part of their lives.

Before joining Silver Linings Counseling, I spent two years as an elementary school social worker, where I gained experience helping children and adolescents navigate complex emotions, self-harm, anxiety, depression, and LGBTQ+ affirming care. I’ve also worked with teens and adults in a range of community-based settings, including homeless shelters, alternative schools, and elementary schools—experiences that have deepened my understanding of the many factors that shape mental health and well-being.

In therapy, I offer a compassionate, client-centered approach and strive to create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and accepted—exactly as you are. Whether you’re seeking emotional support, navigating life transitions, or in need of advocacy and resource connections, I’m here to walk alongside you.

Let me help you feel supported, validated and empowered.
