I’m a Licensed Psychologist who completed my doctoral training at the Michigan School of Psychology and my APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Auburn University’s Student Counseling & Psychological Services. I work with teens, young adults, and adults, helping them explore and better understand the patterns that influence their relationships, behaviors, and emotional well-being.
My education was strongly shaped by the Humanistic Psychology movement, particularly the work of Clark Moustakas, one of its founding members. This perspective aligns deeply with my core values as a therapist: I believe in meeting every client with genuine curiosity, warmth, and respect, and I work to build a collaborative relationship where real change can happen.
In therapy, I help clients identify interpersonal, behavioral, and psychological patterns that may be impacting their lives. Together, we explore the meaning of these patterns, develop actionable goals, and create new ways of thinking, relating, and moving through life. I also emphasize mindfulness, insight development, and meaningful behavior change.
I’m also passionate about group therapy, and have developed an interpersonal process group for clients at SLC. If you’d be interested in learning more or participating, just reach out to a member of our team!
If you’re ready to start making meaningful changes in your life, I’m here to help!
