I’m Isabel, a Limited Licensed Psychologist (Masters Limited Psychologist). I completed my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Oakland University and earned my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology.
In my work, I focus on providing a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where you can explore your experiences, emotions, and goals at your own pace. I believe that therapy is most effective when built on a strong, trusting relationship, and I strive to meet each client with warmth, empathy, and respect.
I take a person-centered approach and draw from several therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based techniques. I tailor each session to your unique needs so that you feel supported in the ways that work best for you.
In my free time, I enjoy arts and crafts, drawing and painting, spending time in nature and visiting local parks, playing the occasional round of disc golf, traveling, and watching horror movies. I also share my home with four cats and three axolotls who bring lots of joy to my daily life.
