How WeCan Help
Our therapists draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches to tailor care to each individual’s needs. These may include, but are not limited to:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – a goal-oriented treatment that helps clients identify and change unhelpful thought patterns and behaviors.
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) – for emotional regulation and distress tolerance
- Psychodynamic – a form of talk therapy that explores how unconscious thoughts, feelings, and memories influence current behavior
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) – to promote psychological flexibility and values-based living
- Emotionally-Focused Therapy – to improve emotional awareness and connection
- Strength-Based Therapy – which focuses on your existing strengths and resources
- Humanistic Therapy – emphasizing personal growth and self-awareness
- Interpersonal Therapy (IPT) – focused on improving relationships and social functioning
- Person-Centered Therapy – creating a supportive environment where clients can lead their own healing process
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) - a structured therapy that helps people process and heal from traumatic experiences by using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation. All therapists who use this approach have additional training in EMDR. Each therapist brings a unique blend of training and clinical experience, allowing us to adapt to your goals and preferences as therapy progresses.
