Hi, I’m Holly! I’m a Licensed Psychologist who completed my doctoral work at the Michigan School of Psychology and my APA-accredited predoctoral internship at Aleda E. Lutz VA Medical Center. I am passionate about helping couples and individuals navigate the complexities of relationships, communication, and emotional connection.
In my work with couples, I provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore challenges, strengthen emotional bonds, and develop healthier ways of communicating. Whether you’re working through recurring conflict, adjusting to life transitions, rebuilding trust after betrayal, or simply looking to deepen your connection, I tailor therapy to fit your relationship’s unique needs. I draw from evidence-based modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, and systems-based approaches to guide this work.
In addition to couples therapy, I also support individuals who want to better understand relationship patterns, attachment styles, and interpersonal dynamics. Whether you’re navigating a breakup, seeking clarity about your relationships, or exploring your own personal growth, I’m here to help.
I believe that strong, healthy relationships can enrich every part of our lives, and I’m committed to helping my clients create meaningful connections.
