Therapy with me is relaxed, warm, and always judgment-free. I take pride in being approachable and easy to talk to—because I believe that feeling safe and understood is essential for real healing to happen. Life can be messy and challenging, and I see counseling as a powerful space to sort through those tough moments, develop new tools, and rediscover your sense of self.
My approach is creative and holistic. I often incorporate humor, mindfulness practices, and expressive elements like art into sessions. Depending on your interests and needs, we might explore homeopathic or nutritional supports, or even talk through strategies that nurture your mind-body connection. I’m also trained in mediation and enjoy helping clients build stronger communication and conflict resolution skills—whether individually or in relationship work.
I have extensive experience working with middle schoolers, teens, members of the LGBTQ+ community, couples and non-traditional partnerships, and small business owners navigating personal and professional stress. I encourage clients to look beyond the initial challenges that bring them to therapy and use what we explore together to create meaningful, long-term change.
No matter your background, identity, or life stage, you can expect to be met with genuine compassion, unconditional positive regard, and respect for your goals and pace.
I hold master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology and Media Psychology from William James College, along with a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Oakland University. I’m a Limited Licensed Professional Counselor and offer appointments to accommodate busy work and school schedules.
If you’re ready to explore what healing could look like for you, I’d be honored to support you on the journey!
