Hannah Muxlow

Office Manager

Hannah Muxlow is the Office Manager at Silver Linings Counseling and has been with the team since 2016.

She started at the front desk and has grown into a leadership role where she now oversees all things front desk, office-related, and client-facing. Hannah studied business management at Delta College and Northwood University.

Whether it’s managing day-to-day operations or jumping in to support projects alongside other team members, Hannah helps keep the office running smoothly and efficiently, and is the go-to for our marketing and referrals.

Outside of work, she enjoys gardening, golfing, and spending quality time with her family at the lake.

Emily Budzynowski

Operations Manager

Emily Budzynowski is the Operations Manager at Silver Linings Counseling, where she helps keep just about everything running behind the scenes. She first joined SLC in 2019 at the front desk and was promoted to Operations Manager in 2023.

Emily oversees the insurance revenue cycle, manages clinician credentialing, assists with hiring, and plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of the practice.

She holds an MBA from Wayne State University and brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to everything she does.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys cooking, reading, and spending time with her husband and their son, Max, who was born in November 2024.

She’s also a proud “magical millennial” Disney adult and never turns down a chance to add a little extra pixie dust to life.

Theresa Parini

Administrative Assistant - Front Desk

Theresa Parini has been with Silver Linings Counseling since 2019 and is a key part of our front desk team.

She helps make sure each day runs smoothly by welcoming clients, coordinating schedules, managing payments, and keeping communication flowing between clients and clinicians.

Outside the office, Theresa enjoys traveling, photography, and spending time in nature. She’s an animal lover at heart and loves being with her Morkie, Chloe. When she’s not exploring new places, she’s making memories with her family and friends

Ye Nandi

Administrative Assistant - Front Desk

Ye Nandi has been with Silver Linings Counseling since 2021 and plays an important role in keeping our office organized and welcoming.

From answering phones and scheduling appointments to assisting with payments, emails, and social media, Ye helps make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

She also supports our clinicians with whatever they need to stay focused on client care. Outside of work, Ye loves spending time with her dog, Peanut—a lovable Maltese/Shih Tzu mix—and relaxing with a good book on her Kindle. She’s a fan of all genres and is always in the middle of something new.
