Hello! My name is Michelle and I’m a licensed therapist with a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from the Michigan School of Psychology. I work with older children, teens, and young adults to create personalized, age-appropriate support that meets you where you are—whether you’re navigating anxiety, big life changes, family stress, or just trying to understand yourself better.
My style is collaborative and down-to-earth. I utilize a psychodynamic approach – including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to provide you with insight, cope with ongoing distress, and help meet your needs. Therapy with me will not be a one-size-fits-all—your goals will be at the center of our therapeutic process together.
If you’re dealing with family tension, struggling to manage emotions, or just feeling mentally stuck, I can help provide you with a space where you can feel safe, vulnerable and open up.
I’m originally from New Jersey and grew up on the East Coast. When I’m not in session, I enjoy reading dystopian novels, flipping through Architectural Digest, and exploring weird facts in The Old Farmer’s Almanac. I also love being creative—whether painting, crocheting, or working on small carpentry or jewelry-making projects. On the weekends, you’ll usually find me hiking, watching horror movies or rom-coms, and catching up on reality TV with friends.
